VoiceCard is operated by E.G.M. Inter Quantum Investment Ltd, registered in Cyprus. It allows users to record voice messages linked to physical QR codes on greeting cards, flower tags, and other printed materials. By using this service, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you record. By recording and submitting a voice message, you confirm that:

• You have the right to record and submit the content.
• The content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• The content is not illegal, offensive, hateful, threatening, or abusive.
• The content does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• The content is not inappropriate for general audiences.

3. Prohibited Content

You must not upload recordings that contain:

• Hate speech, discrimination, or incitement to violence
• Threats, harassment, or bullying of any individual or group
• Illegal content of any kind
• Copyrighted material without permission
• Personal data of third parties without their consent

4. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any recording that violates these Terms of Use, without prior notice. Recordings are automatically deleted after 30 days from the date of recording.

5. Service Availability

This service is provided "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any user-generated content, including voice recordings submitted through this service. Users bear full responsibility for the content they record and submit.
