This Privacy Policy explains how E.G.M. Inter Quantum Investment Ltd ("VoiceCard"), registered in Cyprus, collects, uses, and protects personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws.

2. Data We Collect

When you use our voice recording service, we may collect and store:

  • Voice recording — the audio message you record
  • Sender name — the name you provide as the sender
  • Recipient name — the name of the intended recipient
  • Message title — an optional title for your message
  • QR code identifier — the unique code linked to the physical card
  • Recording date and time — timestamp of when the recording was made
  • Device and browser information — for security and service improvement
  • IP address — for security purposes

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Service provision: To deliver the voice message to the QR code recipient. Legal basis: your explicit consent.
  • Security: To prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

4. Data Retention

Voice recordings and associated personal data are automatically deleted 30 days after the recording date. The QR code identifier is retained to preserve the integrity of the printed product, but all personal data linked to it is removed upon expiry.

5. Data Security

Recordings are stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Your voice message is accessible only to anyone who physically possesses the QR code.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request erasure of your personal data
  • Object to processing of your data
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
